Organizational governance<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__text\">In accordance with our code of conduct, we promote corporate governance and operations with the aim of continuously achieving higher corporate value and meeting expectations of all stakeholders.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__stitle--mtm\">2. Human rights<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__text\">We respect basic human rights and never commit violation of human rights. We strive for making our working environment fair and positive where we can work with pride and responsibility as a part of LECIEN.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__stitle--mtm\">3. Labor practices<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__text\">We value mutual trust and promote establishing structure in working environment where all the members can work with vitality and motivation.<br \/>\nAlso, we promote creation and maintenance of comfortable work places by respecting social norm, complying with laws and regulations related to Industrial Safety and Health, for example by documenting Personnel Regulations in writing including  Employment Regulations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__stitle--mtm\">4. Environmental management<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__text\">To achieve a sustainable society, we are committed to reducing and improving our environmental impact through internal awareness-raising activities and environmentally friendly business activities , namely green procurement, energy conservation, planning of environmentally friendly products.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__stitle--mtm\">5. Fair operating practices<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__text\">We conduct fair business operations to build up and maintain sound and transparent relationships with our suppliers and clients. We continue education and enlightenment to for all of us to abide by laws and regulations.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__stitle--mtm\">6. Consumer issues<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__text\">We value voices of each customer highly and strive for always responding to them with accuracy, kindness and promptness.<br \/>\nThinking from customer\u2019s perspective, we continue our cycle of improving \u201cproduct quality\u201d and \u201cservices\u201d.<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__stitle--mtm\">7.Community involvement and development<\/p>\n<p class=\"c-legal__text\">LECIEN promotes global warming prevention and environmental protection through recycling activities, such as donating waste fabrics to local schools to support the production of clothing, and tree-planting activities, with the aim of realising a sustainable society.<br \/>\nLECIEN also contributes to the development of local communities by organising work experiencing workshops and events using LECIEN products to show children, who will lead the next generation, the joy and importance of manufacturing.<\/p>\n<\/p><\/div>\n<\/section>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>CSR At LECIEN we work on in the following seven subjects to fulfill corporate social responsibility and to achieve sustainable development of society and environments.
